MINIMUM ORDERS
Please note we have a $15 minimum for all mail orders.
PAYMENT
You may submit your order and use our shopping cart server to pay online, or you may submit your order and then call in your credit card information. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover; Cashier Checks and Money Orders. All international payments must be in US funds.

BACK-ORDERS
We do not offer a back-ordering service at this time. Due to the unique nature of some of our offerings, quantities may be limited. We will make every effort to keep our website up-to-date so that what you see here is what we have.
SHIPPING TERMS
Standard shipping domestically is via UPS and USPS. We will choose the most efficient and economical option for your needs. If you want to request a specific standard shipping option, please just add a note to your “Order Instructions”. Shipping charges on all domestic orders will be figured by the shopping cart based on your preferences. Please note that shipping charges shown on your online order or given over the phone are estimates. Actual shipping and handling charges will appear on your invoice. We may charge a very modest handling charge, depending on the size of your order. You will find our charges (as well as our prices) are very competitive. If you would like your order rushed, please let us know by choosing the “Rush” shipping option.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping on all international orders will not be figured by the shopping cart, but will be added to your order when it is invoiced. Charges vary based on weight, destination and package value. We will choose the most efficient and economical option for your needs. We are required by the USPS and federal law to state on an attached customs form the value of a shipment. You are responsible for the customs and receiving fees on your end. Please contact your customs office if you have any questions concerning fees/tariffs that may be applicable.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a store credit within 10 days of your invoice date. We are sorry, but THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS OR KITS. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
