This workshop will teach you how to use a hook, about thread tensions, and the chain stitch with beads. You will complete enough chained beads to fashion into a very comfortable Snazzy Chain Bracelet. NOTE: More experienced crocheters may wish to take this workshop to learn how to make the bracelet and expand the instructions into a matching necklace. Class size is limited. $30, plus materials.

3 hour workshop. Prerequisite: must have advanced bead crochet experience. Have you ever wanted more canvas for adding designs to one side of a flat caterpillar rope? This technique will give you the added space (in smaller beads) to add detailed designs. The technique has not been fully explored as of yet, so it is considered experimental. You will receive at least one stringing sequence and pattern as well as the formulas for constructing your own patterns. We will string and crochet a sample piece. 6 hour workshop. Prerequisite: must have made at least 3 bracelets. Learn at least 4 texture patterns (Raised Spiral, Flat Caterpillar, New Wave, and Elizabethan). Learn how to add thread.
