All day workshop. Margie and her first book, Out on a Loom, have been teaching beaders to weave on a loom for almost a decade. Now, with Margie by your side, you can review the basics of looming, and move on to more advanced techniques like increasing and decreasing, weaving openings and focal beads, tying warps on and off loom, and multiple beads between warps. We have additional information regarding looms and supplies needed. So just give us a call to register and get ready to spend a looming day with the master, Margie Deeb. Additional info to follow. All day workshop. Learn the magic of complementary color combinations while creating the "Rainbow Cascade Necklace" from Margie's book, The Beader's Color Palette. This stunning neckpiece is also featured in the June/July '08 issue of BeadWork Magazine. Choosing two complementary colors for the necklace is encouraged, as we'll be exploring the dynamism of this harmony. However, students can make the necklace in any colors they choose. Bring your imagination and desire to explore the excitement of complementary colors and beads. Further details and supply lists are available. So, give us a call to register.
