MINIMUM ORDERS

Please note we have a $15 minimum for all mail orders.

PAYMENT

You may submit your order and use our shopping cart server to pay online, or you may submit your order and then call in your credit card information.  We accept:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover; Cashier Checks and Money Orders.  All international payments must be in US funds.

SHIPPING AND SHIPPING CHARGES

We do our best to ship within 2 business days of receipt of your order, unless your item is a "custom order" in which case the product description will alert you that it could take up to 2 weeks to make. All orders are shipped via US mail and are insured. Domestic orders are sent Priority Mail. International orders are shipped Global Priority. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping times, but the US Postal Service approximates 2-3 days for Domestic Priority, and 6-10 days for Global Priority. Domestic shipping charges are as follows: Orders costing $.01 up to $50.00, shipping is $6.00; Orders costing $50.01 up to $100.00, shipping is $7.00; Orders costing over $100.00, shipping is $8.00. International shipping charges are $25.00.

BACK-ORDERS

We do not offer a back-ordering service at this time.  Due to the unique nature of some of our offerings, quantities may be limited.  We will make every effort to keep our website up-to-date so that what you see here is what we have. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are required by the USPS and federal law to state on an attached customs form the value of a shipment.  You are responsible for the customs and receiving fees on your end.  Please contact your customs office if you have any questions concerning fees/tariffs that may be applicable.

 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a store credit within 10 days of your invoice date.  We are sorry, but THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS OR KITS.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
